Creating Your Account

Registration Process

1. Navigate to the Registration Page

   • Click "Sign Up" from the login page

Standard Login

1. Navigate to the login page

2. Enter your email and password

3. Click "Login"

Forgot Password?

Changing Your Password

If you forget your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page

2. Enter your email address

3. Check your email for a reset link

4. Click the link and enter your new password

5. Confirm your new password

6. Log in with your new credentials

What We Store

• Email address (encrypted)

• Password (hashed with bcrypt)

• Trading preferences

What We Don't Store

• Your Polymarket password

• Unencrypted private keys

Troubleshooting Account Issues

Can't Register

• Check if email is already in use

• Verify email format is correct

• Check password meets requirements

Can't Log In

• Verify email and password are correct

• Try password reset if forgotten

• Check if account is locked (too many failed attempts)

Account Locked

If your account is locked:

1. Wait 15 minutes and try again

2. Use password reset if you've forgotten credentials

3. Contact support if issue persists
