Wallet Configuration

Connect your Polymarket wallet to the trading terminal to start trading.

Overview

To trade on Polymarket through this terminal, you need to configure your wallet with:

  1. Private Key - Your Polymarket wallet's private key

  2. Proxy Wallet Address - Your Polymarket proxy wallet address

⚠️ Important: Your private key is encrypted and stored securely. The terminal never shares your private key with any external services except for signing transactions locally.

Prerequisites

Before configuring your wallet, ensure you have:

  • An active Polymarket account

  • Access to your Polymarket settings

  • Your account funded with USDC

  • Your private key and proxy wallet address (see Polymarket Setup)

Configure in Trading Terminal

Wallet Settings
  1. Navigate to Dashboard

    • Log in to the trading terminal

    • Go to the Dashboard page

    • Look for the wallet configuration section

  2. Enter Your Private Key

    • Paste your private key in the "Private Key" field

    • The field is password-masked for security

    • Re-enter it in the "Confirm Private Key" field

  3. Enter Proxy Wallet Address

    • Paste your proxy wallet address

    • Verify the address is correct

  4. Save Configuration

    • Click "Save Wallet" or "Connect Wallet"

    • Wait for confirmation

    • Your wallet is now connected! ✅

Updating Your Wallet

If you need to change your wallet configuration:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Wallet Settings

  2. Click "Update Wallet" or "Edit"

  3. You can update:

    • Proxy wallet address only (doesn't require re-entering private key)

    • Or reconfigure everything

  4. Save changes
